Arrived and found blower motor seized up. Checked capacitor and is good put 120 to motor and did not start. Customer wanted new motor got new and installed and tested and is running properly.

I was dispatched for a failed humidifier. I cycled humidifier and furnace and the water was cycling normally thru the solenoid. I cycled unit on and off several times and no issues. David’s filter was extradite y and I replaced with a new aprilaire 410 media filter. Replace dirty aprilaire accordion filter

I was dispatched for a no heat call. The furnace would only work intermittently the furnace would cycle into first stage trying to go from first stage. The second stage the burners would stay on, but the blower stopped after. There is a bad motherboard. After I replace the board, I cycled unit and after 10 minutes to jump in the second stage no further issues.

I was dispatched for a furnace inspection the furnace is 30 years old and should be replaced due to issues with heat exchanger and it’s age. I gave quotes on High efficiency and standard efficiency on both the furnace and condenser. . No further issue at this time.
